About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic physiotherapy students and fresh graduates to provide high-quality home visit services to our patients. This role offers hands-on clinical experience, direct mentorship from Dr. Tarun Garg, and the flexibility to work around your academic schedule or personal commitments.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing BPT — final year students preferred
- Fresh BPT / MPT graduates (0–2 years experience)
- Valid physiotherapy registration (or in process of obtaining)
- Passionate about patient care and rehabilitation
- Willing to travel for home visits in assigned areas
- Own two-wheeler preferred, or willingness to use public transport
Responsibilities
- Conduct physiotherapy sessions at patients’ homes as per assigned schedules
- Perform initial assessments and create treatment plans under supervision
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other prescribed treatments
- Maintain detailed patient records and progress notes
- Report to the clinic weekly for supervision and case discussions
- Participate in training sessions and skill development workshops
- Ensure patient safety and follow clinical protocols at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Strong theoretical knowledge of physiotherapy principles
- Good communication skills in English and local languages (Hindi/Punjabi)
- Professional demeanour and empathetic approach to patient care
- Punctuality, reliability and ownership of your work
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow
- Basic smartphone skills for documentation and communication
Special Requirements
- Clinic Visits: Candidates residing near Zirakpur or willing to visit the clinic regularly for training and supervision
- Flexible Schedule: Ability to accommodate morning and evening appointment slots
- Service Areas: Preference given to candidates who can cover specific city zones efficiently

Everything you need to know before applying
Yes! We welcome final-year BPT students who can manage their academic commitments alongside part-time work. Many of our team members are students who work flexible hours around their class schedules and exams.
While having your own two-wheeler is preferred for flexibility, it is not mandatory. We can arrange assignments based on public transport accessibility, or provide support for transportation in certain cases.
Initially, you will visit the clinic 2–3 times per week for training and supervision. Once established, weekly visits are required for case discussions and collecting treatment materials. Candidates residing near Zirakpur have an advantage due to proximity.
We offer competitive per-session payments based on the type and duration of treatment. Payment is made bi-weekly or monthly based on your preference. Performance bonuses and incentives are also provided for excellent work and positive patient feedback.
Yes. Upon successful completion of your tenure with us, you will receive an experience certificate and a reference letter from Dr. Tarun Garg that you can use for higher education applications, job opportunities, or registration purposes.
You will receive comprehensive training including clinical protocols, patient assessment techniques, documentation procedures, safety guidelines, and communication skills. You will shadow experienced therapists for the first few sessions before working independently with patients.
We try our best to assign you to areas close to your residence or college for convenience. During the application process, you can indicate your preferred locations and we will accommodate them based on patient demand in those areas.
Absolutely. We fully understand academic commitments. You can take scheduled breaks for exams or personal reasons — simply inform us in advance so we can manage patient schedules. Many students work with us on a semester-basis arrangement throughout their BPT programme.
