What if I need hands-on manual therapy?
Modern physiotherapy research shows that active rehabilitation (targeted loading and movement) is far more effective than passive manual therapy for long-term recovery. Through video, Dr. Tarun will guide you through specific self-mobilizations, targeted exercises, and movement modifications. If your condition strictly requires hands-on intervention, we will honestly advise you to seek a local manual therapist.
What do I need for a virtual physio session?
A smartphone or laptop with a camera, comfortable clothing (shorts if we are assessing your knees/legs), and about 2 metres of clear floor space. If you have any MRI reports or X-rays from your GP or private clinic, you can upload them directly when you book.
