🇦🇪 Transparency Note for UAE Patients: Our video physio sessions are provided by Dr. Tarun Garg, a highly experienced Senior Physiotherapist based in India. Because he is not licensed by the UAE's DHA (Dubai), DOH (Abu Dhabi), or MOHAP, we cannot provide UAE-regulated diagnoses or bill local insurers such as Daman, NAS, Cigna, or AXA Gulf. We operate on a transparent, direct-pay cash model. At AED 129 per session, our care is highly affordable compared to the AED 250–AED 500 charged by private UAE clinics — and is especially popular with the South Asian expat community who value consulting in Hindi or Punjabi.

When Can I Book From the UAE?

The UAE is only 1.5 hours behind India, so our entire clinic day lines up perfectly with yours. Our clinic runs 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM India Standard Time (IST), which is 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM Gulf Standard Time (GST).

Why Choose Video Physio Over a Local UAE Clinic?

For many musculoskeletal issues, video physiotherapy is just as effective as in-person care — without the AED 250+ price tag or the clinic commute in Dubai traffic.

UAE Patient FAQs

How much does physiotherapy cost in Dubai or Abu Dhabi?

Private physiotherapy clinics in Dubai and Abu Dhabi typically charge AED 250 to AED 500 per session. Our video consultation is a flat AED 129 — often less than the co-pay you'd owe even with insurance — making expert guidance affordable without leaving home.

Do you accept UAE health insurance (Daman, NAS, Cigna, AXA Gulf)?

No, we do not bill UAE insurers directly. We operate on a transparent, direct-pay cash model. Because our sessions are AED 129, most patients find it simpler and cheaper to pay out-of-pocket than to navigate insurance approvals, networks, and co-pays.

Are your physiotherapists licensed by DHA, DOH, or MOHAP?

Our consultations are provided by Dr. Tarun Garg, a highly experienced Senior Physiotherapist based in India. Because he is not licensed by the UAE's DHA, DOH, or MOHAP, we cannot provide UAE-regulated diagnoses or bill local insurers. However, he provides world-class, evidence-based rehabilitation, exercise prescription, and second opinions.

Can I have the consultation in Hindi or Punjabi?

Yes — this is one of our biggest advantages for UAE expats. Dr. Tarun Garg consults fluently in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. With over 3 million Indians and a large Pakistani community in the UAE, many patients prefer explaining their pain and receiving guidance in their mother tongue.

Can I do the consultation over WhatsApp Video?

Absolutely — WhatsApp Video is our most popular option in the UAE. There's nothing to install, and you can join from the app you already use every day. You can also choose Zoom or Google Meet if you prefer a larger screen.

What if I need hands-on manual therapy?

Modern physiotherapy research shows that active rehabilitation (targeted loading and movement) is far more effective than passive manual therapy for long-term recovery. Through video, Dr. Tarun will guide you through specific self-mobilisations, targeted exercises, and movement modifications. If your condition strictly requires hands-on intervention, we will honestly advise you to seek a local manual therapist.

What do I need for a video physio session?

A smartphone or laptop with a camera, comfortable clothing (shorts if we are assessing your knees/legs), and about 2 metres of clear floor space. If you have any MRI reports or X-rays, you can upload them directly when you book.
